The payoff is stable critical dimension control, fewer reworks, and predictable output.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;What you need to plan for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The lamp drops into standard fab interfaces, but it needs clean power and disciplined thermal management at the exhaust.
